CANADA POST STRIKE
Effective October 11, 2025, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) moved from a full, national strike to rotating strikes. Canada Post is accepting mail and parcels, but you can expect significant delays due to ongoing rotating strikes. While mail can be dropped off at post offices and depots, delivery will be slower than usual, and delivery guarantees are suspended.
Moonstone Creation will resume shipping items through Canada Post, however please note the slower delivery times.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Further, as of August 29, 2025, the United States requires all packages entering the U.S. to have duties prepaid.
You will be contacted for payment of duties for orders prior to shipment to the United States.
