Land Acknowledgement

In the spirit of reconciliation, we acknowledge that we are located on Treaty 7 land the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy, comprised of the Siksika Kainai and Piikani Nations, the Tsuu T'ina and Îyâxe Nakoda, including the Chiniki Bearspaw and Wesley Nations. Treaty 7 is also home to the Métis Nation (Region 3). We acknowledge all Nations -Indigenous and non - who honour and celebrate this territory.

Traditional Beadwork

May 25, 2024 10:30 am - 4:00 pm

In this class you will have the opportunity to learn one or more beading techniques, to then create your very own medallion. Then giving you the fundamental tools to create your own beadwork project!

Brick Stitch Beadwork

June 29, 2024 10:30 am - 4:00 pm

In this class we will be using Delica beads to lean the brick stitch. We will cover the basics of pattern reading/pattern making, and then you will the create your very own brick stitch earrings or keychain etc. with the patterns made available to you.
