Learn how to make your own dream catcher for yourself or a special gift.

Talking Stick

In the medicine wheel teachings, we honor the four directions and the elements of earth, wind, fire & water. These will be incorporated into these sticks: when used with intent it will assist in neutralizing negative emotions and help you to speak from the heart. Create your own talking stick and learn how to use it in ceremony & meetings.

Fish Scale Art

This is an art form that originated in Northern Canada amongst the Cree & Dene People.
The scales are fragile therefore few pieces are found in collections and museums.
With the use of modern materials, an acrylic finish makes it durable. Create your very owed framed work of art.

Moose and Caribou Hair Tufting

This is an art form that originated in the NWT. The hair is sorted and dyed then sewn on hide or velvet to create floral pictures. It can also be applied to moccasins and garments.

Moccasin Making

Make yourself or your loved one a pair of moccasins. Decorate with beadwork if you already have the skill and finish in a variety of styles.

Mukluk Ornament

A perfect little ornament for gifting or your own tree. Made with smoked hide, beaver fur and a little bit of beadwork to bring it all together.

Class Cancellation policy:
A full refund is given if a course is cancelled by Moonstone Creation. An administrative fee of $25 will be charged for each withdrawal request; however, the administrative fee will be waived for a transfer to another course. Refunds will not be issued for any transfers. Refunds will not be issued for any withdrawals processed within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) of course start. Refunds are not issued once classes have begun or for non-attendance. Some exceptions may apply.
