elements of earth, wind, fire & water. These will be incorporated into
these sticks: when used with intent it will assist in neutralizing negative
emotions and help you to speak from the heart. Create your own talking

Medicine Wheel Teaching
By learning about the wheel, we gain a deeper respect for Mother Earth and all that exists. Through understanding the travel around the wheel, we bring life-giving changes into our lives and into the world. This workshop gives insight into the ancient teachings and protocols around ceremony of our First Nations people. From birth to Elder; learning to balance mental, spiritual, physical and emotional being and connecting to your spirit guides/power animal is all part of the journey. Feast and lunch included.

Moose and Caribou Hair Tufting
This is an art form that originated in the NWT. The hair is sorted and dyed then sewn on hide or velvet to create floral pictures. It can also be applied to moccasins and garments.
